Trailer wiring harness?
Need to wire my 99' F350 with a six post harness for towing a car hauler with brakes. Its a V10, Crew Cab dually. I have it setup for the standard flat four harness, but need the one for a circle six wiring harness. Anyone have the part number off hand for what I need? I've looked at several harness places and can't find the one I need. Any ideas?

Really all you have to do is run the hot wire from the brake controller to the back of the truck. You can splice the turn/brake/ground wires from the four flat into a 6 round female end. The insides are marked (i.e. LT/RT/GR/etc) and keep the color code the same. Brown is lights, white is ground, yellow is left turn, green is right turn. The brake controller wire should be run in red, and goes to the middle post on the 6 round.
Wal-Mart, any parts store will have the 6 round kits(includes bracket, female end(truck), male end(trailer) wire, and connectors for about $12.
