I'm looking at a 1991 F-250 S.Cab with a 7.3 diesel to buy. I would like to know what to look for. Also the problems( if any )that these trucks are known to have. The truck has about 150,000 miles on it and they are asking $4000.00 for it.

There is also a second truck I'm looking at 1990 s. cab diesel (size unknown) with 97,000 miles on it. They are asking about $7000.00 Just not sure if I want to diesel.
Any ideas would be a big heip.......Thanks

 

hey for the 4 thousand dollar truck the milage aint bad at all i mean diesles will go for about 400,000 miles with a ford although you should try to talk them down to about 3000 3500 i just baught a 1990 f250 for 2 grand and its beautiful the guy wanted 4 so u can talk them dwon

 

Many rust spots are known for being under the supercab (that lip all the way around the bottom actually) and the rear wheel wells.
