Vacuum Advance?
Where can I buy an adjustable single vacuum advance canister for my Electronic Duraspark Dizzy? I called NAPA and the other auto parts store and all they have is non- adjustable ones...? I bought my rebuilt dizzy a few weeks ago and it came with a non- adjustable advance... And I need the advance. Can anyone help?

I saw a thread on putting an HEI in a ford, I did that a couple weeks ago, and once my dumb *** realise trhe firing order was differnt :-) Its is beautiful! you can get all the accell trick stuff for them and everything. Maybe thats too much for what your doing. I just got an old dis. and built it, my engine was only down for as long as it takes to change a dis.

Yeah, I read that post... I dont have the tools required for that job... But it would be a nice thing to have, If anyone out there has a HEI for a 77 302 I will buy it from you ! ... I just need to know a website or magizine that I can order an adjustable advance from. Also Can I buy upgraded springs for my distributor and gain HP?

dui makes a hei unit for fords, around 400 bucks.
did you try a vac advance unit from a 67 or 68 289/302, you could adjust those?

I dont know where to get one.... I have looked all over for an adjustable vacuum advance, but everyone only sells them on a rebuilt distributor... They wont sell just the advance....? Also I dont want to spend 400$.. If anyone had made one they want to sell for 60-80 ill buy it from them!

wells ignition parts, part # fv-2027 its a adjustable vacuumeadvance module. not sure if it will work with a duraspark dist. or not. autozone carrys it for $26.00 . anyone that carries wells stuff should beable to get it. did you check summit or jegs?
