F500 instrument cluster

Looking for a metal F500 bezel and instrument cluster for my 67, was hoping someone here had one.

I've seen them on eBay, but I'm not paying their asking price.

If you have one, please let me know.

I would prefer one without the vacuum gauge.

Thanks.

BTW: I've heard that the instrument clusters all the way up to 79 are the same. Can someone confirm the cutoff date?

BTW I know I will need to rewire and that is not an issue.

Thanks again.

Two just sold on eBay. One for around $10 and one for around $30. Both were rusted but not bad enough a little sanding and some paint wouldn't cure. I have seen them on Craigslist for around $60. Not sure what you want to pay but even the $60 seems cheap to me.

The cheapest one that I saw was from a guy in Ontario and had a starting bid of $125.00 with a buy it now of $150.00

Plus, he wants $50 to ship it.

Too much for me.

I guess I'll have to keep my eyes open in the local junk yards.

Yeah, that seems a bit steep. I notice there were 0 bids on it.

We had a user on here who had one for sale, I believe his username was Madathlon. Seems to me he wanted a lot of money for it, don't know if he ever sold it.

I got lucky and scored one from my former boss, he had it just sitting in a pile of parts in his shop. It had an aftermarket speedo and the vacuum gauge, I found the correct speedo on eBay for about 20 bucks. I'd like to find an air pressure gauge since I'll be putting a compressor on the truck, and a tach for the other two blanks, which have been removed.

What I really wanted was the nicer looking (in my opinion) chrome and black panel like the one in the pic below, but since the price fit my wallet (free) I took what I could get. I plan to strip the paint off and redo it anyway, I suppose I could have it chromed and then paint the panel face black so it looks like the chrome/black ones.

It's the el cheapo painted cluster without a tach and vacuum gauge.

If you install this in 1970/72 F100/350's that came with printed circuit boards, how will you wire it in?

I know that, but the seller claims it can be used in 1967/72 F100/350's.

1970/72 F100/350's have printed circuit boards, so if you buy one a these F500/750 clusters, what will you do for wiring?

And, 1967 F100/350 & F500/750 instrument clusters are one year only.

Man, that is sweet. What did that come stock in?

I'm not worried about wiring compatability. My whole truck is going to be custom anyway with the EFI 5.0

I guess that's something you'd have to argue about with the eBay seller. It's kind of a moot point anyway as his listing has ended, though I suppose he'll probably relist it.

That is definitely a sweet cluster. Much easier to see and have all gauges needed. Would allow me to get my little gauges from under the dash.
I have a 70 but would love to have that cluster.
