1356 Transfer case

Guys I have an 88 F150 with a BW 1356 tcase.

Darn thing got stuck in low and then jumped out and jammed in high.

Tore it apart and found that the shift cam wobbles on the shaft. There is very little slop in the shaft to case but the cam wobbles on the shaft enough that the far end swings 7/16 of an inch.

Any suggestions on where to buy a new cam and shaft or a good way to take up the slop? I'm guessing I'm machine shop bound for a price to make parts as a used who knows case runs $500 around here.
