I have a 1996 bronco transfer case on my 68 f100 4x4 with a dana 44 front end. Does anyone know what front drive shaft i can use. Or has anyone done that swap and what did you do?

A good Ford Parts Guy with old manuals, and interest in what you are doing, can tell you the lengths of front shafts for early trucks; if you give him the center-to-center distance between U-joint flanges of transfer case and front differential, he can probably come up with an application which would fit, assuming shafts are still available. You might have to seek one from a bone yard, after he tells you which model/combination is the one to look for.
Otherwise, take your measurements to a good driveline shop, and have one made up. Remember, the outside diameter of the U-joint caps for the case and diff. flanges may be different in diameter than those of the shaft.
