compressor wheels?
Been awhile but ready to change my compressor wheel. Seems to me the 99 truck wheel is the same as a wicked wheel or some of the other upgrade wheels. My 01 fins are all the same. Seems the others are stepped. I get alot of surge when I get on it so figure I better change it...not to mention its a little worn.

Another vote for the Wicked Wheel 2.
I just put it on last weekend and have only got to take a short run with it, but I'm impressed. I really didn't expect a noticeable difference. I was wrong. I'm hitting 30+ on the boost gauge, it spools faster, and it pulls noticeably harder with no signs of surge. EGT and EBP seem in check.
I need some tweaking on my tunes and a bigger boost gauge to see where am at, but it seems a great mod for the price.
I did also did plenum inserts and a new EBP sensor at same time, so I can't say for sure it is all the wheel. I didn't have any boost leaks I know of before and EBP was less then 1 psi off, though.
