AE dilemma

AE dilemma
I lost our laptop...(Left it in the departure lounge in LHR) So the only thing I can run AE on is my daughters netbook but it doesnt have a cd drive. Can I load the CD onto my PC then load the files onto a thumb drive then onto her netbook?
