Well my 2013 came in yesterday. Picked it up today. Traded my 2011 on a factory order 2013. Took just over 5 weeks from order to delivery. I had a few problems with my 2011. Hope the 2013 is more reliable.
Ordered 5th wheel prep, spayed liner & Ford hitch. Nice clean install. Ordered camper package to get rear helper springs & stabilizer.
Thanks everyone. I'm trying to understand payload. My last truck had a payload of over 300 pounds more than this one. The last truck was almost the same except it had the snow plow package instead of the camper package. I thought the camper package with the helper spring would increase the payload. I have a "1/2 ton towable" 5th wheel. I will be O.K. anyway.
Camper package will support the payload better but the payload is still limited by the 10k gvw
Actually camper package may hurt payload because of its added weight of the extra leaf spring, but I still wish I had it on my truck

Yes. I was thinking I also added the 5th prep package, remote start, backup camera & sprayed liner. It all adds to the weight of the truck.
Truck is beautiful...I'd take your truck against any half ton out there. That truck will tow a lot with little to no effort.
Thanks. I agree it will tow better than any 1/2 ton. My 2011 towed my 5th wheel through the Rockies with little effort. Gotta love the diesel power & fuel economy!!!!
Nice, that's my truck, minus the cab lights and the bed liner. I am enjoying 14.5 mpg, mostly around town. Haven't towed yet but I'm excited to get started. Can't tell from the pic, is it a 6 3/4 bed or the long bed?

Thanks. Yes a 6.75' bed. First tank mostly highway it seems very good on fuel. I didn't bother to check but should be high teens.
