Good spare tire source
Hi all,
We bought a used 2001 Escape and there is no spare time. Besides the local "used parts yard" does anyone know of a good, inexpensive source for a spare tire with rim?
Also, are there other model Fords that use the same spare?

Good spare tire source
Go to any junk yard, match up the tire and rim size, as well as the bolt pattern, and there you go, a twenty dollar full size spare. Another thing you can do is go to your local tire store, order a snow rim, and put on a cheap but full size street tire. That will run you 100-150, depending on which rim you get and which tire.
