I have a 82 f150 that was given to me. It has a edelbrock 4 barrel carb that isnt hooked up correctly and a list of other problems. My main concern now is the wiring in the engine compartment. I need a diagram that shows colors and where they go. The previous owner(s) have made a mess of the wiring and i need help putting it all back together. Does anyone have a diagram of the wiring? Also does anyone have a diagram of how the heater hose(s) are routed?

You should get a shop manual either @ automotive parts store of your choice or ebay. That will help regarding the original wiring.

What engine does the truck have?

 

You can go to the library.
And photocopy the pages out of the haynes manual.
They're all the way in the back.
