F150 5.0 Headers

F150 5.0 Headers
Hey guys, thinking of putting headers on my 2011 F150 with the 5.0. I've got some questions for any of you that might have headers on one of the new 5.0s.
1. I don't want anything to loud. Right now i just have a Borla 3" SISO muffler in place of my factory muffler and the sound is perfect; no drone in the cab whatsoever (drone is my main concern). Do headers alter any of this?
2. Have you noticed any substantial gains in hp & mpg?
3. Also would i need to go with a true dual exhaust setup or can i stick with my current SISO configuration.
