2005 f150 SuperCab 5.4L with factory 7 pin installed. Only getting power to one side blinker and brake light. Checked with test light at the 7 pin plug and at the end of the wiring assembly. Unplugged the 7 pin wiring assembly and checked the power coming from the wiring harness and everything is fine. Replaced the 7 pin wiring assembly and still only getting power to the one side. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm sure it's probably something simple but I can't find any answers.
Did you OPEN the connector? Lots have been having problems with rusted out INSIDE the plug.
+1 on that! No matter how well the manufacturer's think they build and seal up the 7 pin connectors, moisture gets inside them. If you live in the northern US or Canada where they use road salt in the winter, the problem is even greater.
It is possible that there is corrosion or dirt on the pin under the cap. A good cleaning may help, but if it is corrosion, you'd be delaying the inevitable.
Open up the connector and check for dirt, corrosion, loose connections, broken wires, etc. Sometimes they are repairable, sometimes not. If it is too corroded to be cleaned and reassembled, replace it. They're available at auto parts stores everywhere.
FWIW, I always plan on replacing the 7 pin on a tow vehicle every fifth year or so anyway, but that's here in NY where road salt is heavily used

Have you figured this problem out? I am starting to have the same issues.

If I read this correct, you have power at the 7pin receptacle. If so, try cleaning the connection as noted above. Plug and unplug several times to "clean" both surfaces. Some might disagree but I shoot a squirt of we'd-40 int the recep.
If still not working, 90% chance it's a poor ground. Take your contacts off that side and clean them. Are your running a working on that side? If not, you might have two grounding points,s one for each side although not common.
Time to then start with a probe tester and start working from the front back until you find the dead spot.

I have found that I had a blown fuse in the truck itself, however my trailer connector is having issue's no matter what tow vehicle I use. I am gonna try clean it and checking the wires as mine looks like at one point someone put a new connector and it and looks kinda sloppy.
Sorry dont mean to

If you had a blown fuse in the truck, a poor ground should not have blown it. Sounds like a worn wire or connector on the hot side. Nothing like a vom to help identify the source.
Well I did replace the fuse and pulled the trailer about 15 miles with no issues. However I think its bound to happen again when I get a change I am going to take a look at it close and see whats going on the connector it self on the truck doesnt look like its in bad shape or corrodid
