03 expedition xlt value package?
Does anyone own one of these? I am just curious about the differences between it and the xlt popular. I know there is no rear air and the wheels are painted steel. I can't find a picture of these wheels anywhere. Any other help would be appreciated too. I am thinking about buying one.

They are made pretty much for the fleet market, not for the passenger-car public. Try a dealer that specializes in work trucks for business fleets, they may have one you can see.
I saw two of them in my searches for my '03 though, at a local dealer.
