'98 Expy stalling

'98 Expy stalling
My '98 Expy has just started stalling on me at stop lights (check engine light came on too). I am going to take it to get checked out but being that I'm a girl, I need all the advise I can get before I take it to a mechanic. Thanks for the help!

Check out this thread. I had the same problem. The below thread fixed my issue. Get autozone to read the trouble codes. If they are the same as the thread I attached, you should be able to easily fix it.

i jus had it happen somebody saved me a bundle on this site igot a lot of codes 171174 and a bunch more said mas airflow sensor o2 sensor maybe engine computer also verry lean itook it away from dealer took it to my old mecanic who hates working on the expedition after he had to torch off rotors and took two hours to change spark plug and coil he said imposible to get all those codes told him about the pvc elbews he took a propane tank unlit put it to the rear of the engine it ran fine tookit away it stalled took off pvc with tubinsg it had many cracks sent me to dealer to pick up part i forgot part number but gotit here for 30 dollars the car runs better than ever i just have it 3 mos it idles like a rolls try it
