Are the dome lights, power windows, and running board lights all on the same circuit? Went to the hospital to visit a friend that broke her arm, came out and none of the above. Power locks work, have head lights and dash lights. Haven't got a chance to check fuses yet, just figured I would get a jump on it before I got home.

 

No but they're all controlled by the accessory delay relay or the battery saver relay located in the under dash fuse box. I'd start by swapping out these relays to see if anything changes.

 

Did u fix your power problem? I have same issues and swapped relays. Also check fuses and can't find the problem. Any ideas?
