No Start..... HELP

OK, I have a 1995 with a 7.3. I have an issue of a no start. The truck will start on ether. We have checked the high pressure pump pressure, it is ok. We did an injector buzz test, they all buzzed. We have tried and IDM, and also a PCM. We have also checked the mechanical fuel pump pressure and that is ok also. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

What temperature is it where you are? Have you tested your glow plug system?

Ether is a Bad Thing with modern diesels, esp. with the glow plugs. The fact that the ether did not ignite on the glow plugs, blowing up the intake, suggests that your glow plugs may be inop.

After the truck is up to temp does it still need ether to start?

Have you check batteries and starter ?
The truck need to spin over pretty good for them to start.

Ether is starting fluid, when you know how to use it correctly, you will not ruin anything.... we know how to use it..

The possible problem with it is the glow plugs could ignite causing detonation.

What is the HPOP pressure cranking > 500PSI?
What is the fuel pressure cranking > 20 PSI?

If above is correct have you replaced the CPS yet?
