Yea everyone says fuel issue but I m out of suggestions on wat else to change

idk what to tell you, you could pressure test your hoses for a blockage, but you are still getting at least some fuel so idk what good that would do you...otherwise im straight out of suggestions and idk the fuel systems well enough to pinpoint any other common or possible issues.

i dont no how true this is because i have yet to look for myself, but i will before my new sticks go in. anyway, i've been told by 2 diffirent stick dealers that there are a few screens located in the fuel system. the ones in the tank, "we no that" one at the fuel pump inlet "i dont no, never looked", the fuel filter up front at the engine, and one screen/check valve at each fuel line before it enters the heads. they even told me the ones at the heads can be removed. like i said this is just what i've been told. soo..,

Sounds like you need to get a fuel pressure gage. You really need one to tell you what is going on. It will tell you a lot now, and in the future. It is a good investment. Fuel pressure means a lot on these trucks.

Bummer you've had to throw so many parts at it and still have the same problem. I'd invest in the diagnosis tool. Where are you located? Perhaps someone is close by.

And as far as the boost leak detector, basically plumb an air fitting into a 4" pvc end cap, shove it in the intake pipe on the engine side of the filter box, run air into it and start listening/feeling at the CAC pipes, boots, spider, intercooler, turbo/spider o-ring, and plenum boots. Plenum boot leaks are fairly common due either to a split boot like Tugly mentioned he had or distortion in the plenums themselves from over-tightened clamps causing incomplete sealing. Little bit of a tangent here but if that's your issue Riff Raff sells plenum inserts to correct this problem and several guys here have had good luck with them.

That's a good idea.... Sounds familiar. There's a lot of good ideas here but none have been tried. I think the op is just tired of dealing with his problem.....

To be completly honest with you it's still been too cold to throw it on there yet. The nice days we get here in Michigan are always packed with other stuff I've got to get done. The truck hasn't moved in months now... She's still sleeping waiting for spring lol
