"Fuel system cleaning"

"Fuel system cleaning"
I was in Pep Boys today and say that they offer their $80 "fuel system cleaning service". I have noticed that my gas mileage isn't all that great (I'm still not sure what it is, but I'm getting between 300-360 miles per tank. My truck's got almost 70K miles on it. I'm thinking about doing the spark plugs and fuel filter to see if I can reclaim some of my mileage. Do any of you think that the Pep Boys fuel system job has any validity? I used to work there, and I'm friends with all the managers, so I'm not worried about them trashing my truck (even though I probably should be 
), but am I wasting my money?
I know this isn't an economy car, but they advertised 14/19 mpg, and I'm sure not hittin' that 19 mark. I don't have a particularly heavy foot, either.
Any suggestions?
