Need your opinions!

Hey guys I came a across a deal that I don't think I can pass up. It's a 94.5 f-250 XL 5 speed 4x4. It has 150k and decent body. He has fixed it up some but currently is not running. He says that the fuel bowl won't fill. Said its a bad pump. Doesn't seem to big of a deal breaker for me. The only issue I have is the fact that its a XL and a 94.5 year. I would want to convert to xlt with cruise as well as a Dana 60 front. This will be a project truck. Is there any way to tell if the fuel pump is shot for sure? How hard is it to replace? Costly parts? I can pick this truck up for $1k... Thoughts?

For that price I would. I added cruise to mine $30. I would just swap it to E-fuel and be done.

I'd jump all over that deal! Do e-fuel as mentioned and get it running, or if you don't wanna spend $800-$1000 on e-fuel, just replace the stock pump to get it running to see if there are any other problems with it. But, with that mileage, I can't see there being anything major wrong.
