CDR grommet

Alright, fairly certain my CDR is shop. would just like to replace it. The grommet is all dryrotted and cracked. the CDR from ford is 80 bucks, but it doesn't show if it comes with the grommet or not. i saw another thread where someone said it only comes with the cdr tube.
Is the sircle shaped piece adn the tube sold seperate? i mean i still have my old cdr and the tube is just a tube so i could re use that right?
Anyone have luck with finding just teh grommet?
maybe i'll get lucky and get everthing from ford

Russ, Typefour on here, sells an 093 reseal kit, that has all of the rubber in a factory turbo kit included with it. I got one from him and it worked great. I paid 50 bucks for a CDR online, but I can't remember where I got it. I'll see if I can find a receipt.

Here is a thread showing the reseal kit.

Good luck,

Mac.

Eallend,

For some reason, I thought you had a factory turbo, but from reading other posts, I see you have a 6.9, so never mind on the 093 kit. (unless of course you added one). NMB brings up a good point, you should always start your posts with a thorough description of your rig, so we know what we are dealing with.

Mac.

NMB, How is Colorado treating you? I am under contract on a house in Lakewood, I'm supposed to close on Monday.

Mac.

I got the tube and the gromet from Ford. And the CDR from fordpartsgiant.com (CDR only). I'm pretty sure they have all 3. The tube, evidently, is a upgrade 1 piece all rubber thing.
