Losing Power
I have a 2005 Ford f-150 Fx4 with an issue to say the least.
When I start the truck it's ok for about the first 3 minutes or so in idle position. Then the rpms start to go out of whack going from normal rpm down to 100 rpm and then back up, and the whole time the truck sounds like its just struggling to stay on. After about 10-15 minutes of idle time the truck will eventually shut it's self down.
Now when I put the truck into drive and go forward everything is ok, it's when coming to a slow/having to turn or to a stop then the truck is back to struggling to survive and at times will completely shut off, power steering, lights etc just gone.
Any opinion or suggestion to what this problem could be would be greatly appreciated.
