Where do I reconnect fog lights??

Had my engine rebuilt and the left several things unconnected. Most i reconnected with no problem at all. The one that bothers me the most is the fog lights. I plugged in the harness into each socket but I can't find where the other end goes to plug in the other end.
I also have one important looking connector hanging that I can't follow and no clue what it's for. Has a metal end (like a sensor) and its right in front of my driver side front wheel.
I also have a 2 position plastic receptacle in front of ds battery. That one is pretty filthy so I'm assuming its been unplugged a while and it's nothing important.

Anybody know anything?

Wow, you are going to have to take some pics and post them to see if we can help. Pretty simple though, if there is a plug dangling, there has to be a corresponding other plug to insert. They are all made specific to each other so there is likely no other plugs near by. This is going to take some problem solving for sure.

The sensor is the coolant temp sensor. I just can't figure out where to put it in.

i would post a picture if i knew how. where do i hook up the sensor? it seems like it should go in the radiator so that it has direct contact with the coolant. oddly, im still getting a temperature reading, but it's really low. i called the shop this morning and they said to just bring it on back and they'll fix it (no charge).

I had the same problem with my truck when I first brought it home after buying it, the fogs didn't work, then I learned that it had extensive engine work done to it, that's when I found out about the lifiting of the cab technique and assumed they had disconnected it for that but not sure as I have never lifted the cab but why else would someone disconnect it. But I recall it connected on the drivers side down low, I know that is vague but it was in 06 that I fixed it, I had printed out all kinds of wiring diagrams and test points from the work manual and then found it was just unplugged

They removed the cab. I know why the fog lights are unplugged. I don't know why the engine coolant temp sensor is unplugged or where to plug either one. I think I'll have to remove the bumper when I get home today. I'll let yall know.

its not a coolant sensor at all. its ambient ait temp. it gets hooked to the core support near the top.
the fog light harness connection should be near the ds side headlamp on the core support. iirc anyway

That makes a lot of sense. And I looked it up on autozones website and it looks the same. That's relieving. As far as the fog lights go, is it easiest to just pull out the head light?
