Exhaust opinions for a 460
I'm looking to do something with the exhaust since a previous owner cut the tailpipe off and has it exiting right before the rear axle under the bed. I'm not sure of the stock size that came on a 460 truck. The truck is a 96 f250 with a 460 I was wondering what are your opinions on doing a glasspack after the cat and having it dump out infront of the rear tire. Would I be better off having a normal tailpipe on it and having exit in the stock position? I'm looking to have it sound good, but not obnoxiously loud. Any input is apprechiated. Thanks!

A glasspack isn't going to quiet it down too much. Maybe look at a turbo muffler of some sort or a chambered muffler like a Flowmaster 50 series. The cat should quiet the motor down enough that the 50 series won't be too loud. Stick with the normal tail pipe. That should also take away some volume.
