'97 Front End Noise?

not sure if they make a replacement - never looked into it. I just loosened my bolts up a little more than they already were, shoved the fiberboard (or whatever it is) back in and tightened it all up. no problems since. I did try to align my fender panel with the door, somewhat though. there was a lot of play in the fender with those bolts loose and the height of the fender was off from the door by ~1/8" at the gap when I first tightened them down. ...looked pretty bad. a third hand would have been nice to have, but I got it close enough in the end.
As for how tight - I was a bit wimpy on my tightening, figuring it was just threads into sheetmetal (not sure if there's a weldnut or riv-nut in there). still no problems since then (about 4 months ago).
