Chevron Delo 400 question????
I just bought some of the Chevron Delo 400 oil. Costco sell 6/1 gallon jugs for $35.49. Pretty good price I think. My question is this: On the outside of the oil container in the upper right corner is says ISO SYN. Is this a synthetic oil? No where else on the container does it say it is. But when I saw the words SYN I became sceptical. Can someone please eduate me as to what IS SYN means. Thanks.................................

Chevron Delo 400 question????
ISO-SYN is Chevron's trade name for oils manufactured with their patented proprietary process called ISODEWAXING. DELO and Chevron Supreme are made with the same process as Chevron's Group III synthetic. The temperature of the proces is adjusted to control the viscosity index of the product.
