Can u change your User ID ??
I sent this question to the tech link the other day but havent got an answer (maybe i did something wrong) anyway going to try here...
Iam feeling my User ID "06_KingRanch" is well a bit under-thought & i have come up with something more "personal" & after viewing the Members List my idea isnt taken, so id like to change my User ID but do NOT want to **** away all my postings/progress from the last 1.5 years.....Can this be done

Not easily. We try to encourage people to think of a good username that they'll be comfortable with for the long run, because once you have it, you're going to be pretty much stuck with it, with a few rare exceptions under special circumstances. This may sound a little harsh but the reason for it is that this is a huge site with many members and as it grew, the admins began to get bogged down with so many requests for name changes that they were having a hard time getting their other work done. But don't lose hope, it may be possible at some point in the future.

Right, that's it. I guess I was having a Senior moment there and it slipped my mind. Hey, I'm still recovering from a head injury, I'm lucky if I can remember my own name at this point...!

Or you wind up with a username that is interpreted differently than what you intended - Mine was based off of a Plymouth Gran Fury - not because I'm "furious" all the time LOL - not anymore, anyway
