Going to need more info on what is did/doing.
Gas truck right? Does it start and run?
How is the voltage now with the battery unhooked? If low you should charge it.
Then test the alternator. The next step would be check cables and grounds.
A bad battery cable/ground will do some freaky things. If all that checks out OK
then start looking at the relay that controls the lights.

My bad, I uploaded a video and I guess it isn't working. I drove my truck home and everything was fine. Then about 2 hours later I go to get in my truck and when I opened the door the lights were really dim. When I turn the key to on before I start it my headlights would flash on and off and my dash lights were doing the same thing. Not in any specific pattern, just at random. Then when I tried to start my truck it just made a really loud and fast clicking noise. I got out of my truck and went back inside and when I came back out my interior lights were still on and wouldn't shut off so I unhooked the positive battery cable and now it is just sitting in my driveway and I have no idea where to go from here.
Ok now when I reattached my positive battery cable there is just a buzzing sound coming from under the dash next to the fuse panel and when I try to start it, it changes to a different sound with even less results now. My locks won't work, my dome lights won't go off, only half of my blue led's inside my truck are working. I am so stumped and I really need help on this one.
Agreed Dead battery.
Charge the battery and have it tested along with the alternator.
I bet you will find a bad alternator that was not charging the battery.
My truck was acting identical to yours and it was the battery. It got to the point where it would only hold a charge for an hour or two. If I jumped it, the truck would run poorly until you gave it some RPMs then ran fine. Put a new battery in it and everything is working great again.
