Installed in 2012. Using middle of the road "5" setting. Love them. Rides good, handles good, and looks good. Replaced spacer setup. Actually have not played with the adjustments. See no need. Maybe sometime I will experiement. Not sure what I paid, but was not as good of a deal as you will get now. Jump on it!
Had planned on Bilstein 5100's, but this option alleviated the need to swap the coil springs. Made it slightly easier/quicker for me.
thanks for the input...did you find that you needed an alignment?...I know they recommend getting it realigned.
It's supposed to be here tomorrow but I took the truck to get some rust on the front valance taken care of....so weather permitting..I'll install it early next week
Absolutely, get an alignment. And not from the dealer as my experience is they could/would only align to factory specs, which no longer apply. Had the dealer align twice during the time I had the spacers and prematurily wore out some expensive tires. Boo! Find a shop that specializes in lifted vehicles if you can, e.g. 4WheelParts or similar.
I got rancho's on the front and rear also. I have been very pleased with them. I think my fronts are set at 4 and my rear are on 4 also, ride is good. I got an alignment after the front ones were put on, guy seemed to do a good job, I don't notice any premature wear on my new tires(they got 10 miles on them now, so they aren't that new). I did tell him that I wanted the camber to be pretty much set at neutral, and then he just set the toe. My last tires that were on before I went to the rancho struts really wore the inside bad, so I think that it had too much negative camber, that is why I wanted him to bring the wheels in, which he really did.
Hey what's up guys. I have a 2004 fx4 and was wondering how much lift the ranchos give. I hear for the 2004 it's gives 1.5 inches. My struts are original so I think ranchos would be better than the lift kits. What do you guys think

The part number is rs999910. They gave me exactly 2 inches. I have an 04 like you and that is why I got these to get the new struts and coils as well as a lift also.
