Grease-able ball joints?

Grease-able ball joints?
I've been searching for a week now and cannot seem to find grease-able ball joints for my 1995 F-150 super cab. Does anyone know who makes them? So far I have tried Moog, Spicer, Centric, and Standard and to no avail.

Spicers are the factory front end/driveline parts for Ford trucks. They are the best, and are non greasable.
Next best choice would be Moogs. All the moogs i've seen had a lifetime warranty and are all greasable.
The front end in my '94 F150 4x4 is all Moog, and everything is greasable, including the axle U-joints.
