The bottom line is my truck is not having any problems. The EGR is deleted and I have tow bypass filters, one oil the other coolant.
Should I go ahead and install ARP head studs now or wait until the stock TTY bolts fail?
Thanks for the help!

Do you/have you ever/do you plan on having a Tuner on your truck?
If not, then studs are not needed IMO.
i am putting a SCT Livewire TS with some mild tunes from Vivian at Quick Tricks.
More for fuel economy and to take advantage of the EGR delete on my 05.
I read on this forum, that later 6-liters are improved, so when I found 2007 F350 for the price I could not refuse - I jumped on it. It has 140k on it already and formerly own by utility company. How much shall I worry?

I'd suggest reading as much as you can in the 6.0 section. Start with a Scanguauge II, and update everything in the truck that you'll read about.
I did the reading, but some of the file are not accessible for new members, some of them are too technical.
I am good in mechanics, but car electronics is something I am learning on the forum.
That still doesn't answer my initial question if 2007 model has any EGR or stud reinforcement, or is it facing the same problem 2003 models do?
