Of all Super Duty set ups, yours has the smallest motor and worse axle ratio available. This does not mean it's not able to tow, it just means you are marginal for towing. Adding bigger tires will do nothing to help and only hurt it. You're dding a tire that's 9.5% taller and has a higher rolling resistance. It will hurt towing, I expect it to be enough to notice, especially in hilly country where torque multiplication is needed the most. It will also reduce fuel economy empty as well as loaded, probably about 10%.

thanks I have a 11000lb 5th wheel toy hauler i towed with my 2005 f150 with the heavy payload payload rated to tom 9000lbs she did good but did,nt like the hills lost her last yr in hurricane had a tree fall on us on the way home from work just bought my 2008 250 haven't towed yet couldn't understand how it has the same motor and hp as the 150 but is rater to tow 6000lb more k thanks i will stick with original size tire when i replace old ones
