I broke something

When I was putting connecting all of the wiring on the fuel injector harness, I broke that clip that clips onto the fuel rail. I have looked it up at work and found out that it is called a retaining clip for a temperature switch. None of the auto parts stores have one and it's like an $80 part from Ford. I'm getting ready to go junk yard shopping on Monday, but I was wondering if there is something else I could do? Any help is appreciated as always.

A clip on the fuel rail for a temperature switch? Never heard of it. Where on the fuel rail is it?
