i have a custom bumper/light bar. it bolts over your factory bumper on the 4 18mm bolts on the front of your bumper. it has 4 light tabs and a bracket to bolt your license plate to it. i'd really prefer to have it picked up but at the buyers cost i am willing to ship it and i may be able to get a discount through fedex for you as well. does not come with the lights but heres a picture of it
