I've got two kicker comp vr 12's in a custom sealed box behind my back seat (its a CC). I'm not sure if you're interested or where you are located but I'd be willing to sell the setup to you. The amp went out which coincided nicely with the birth of my first child so I don't really see the need to replace the amp and have the back seat shake my child like crazy. I'll take pics of the setup and details about how it's installed in case you just want to do something similar for yourself.

I'd really like to see some pictures of it! I'm located about 30-45 minuets east of Dallas, Texas.
I added a 1-1/2" square tubing spacer to the rear seat in my CC. Just used the stock fwd to aft location(although it could be moved if you want). I also added a grab handle from Ebay at each spacer for the kids to grab onto. You will have to extend the seat lap belts also. I used grade 5 metric bolts, and raised them about 3 inches. Stacking them Bolt head to threads as follows: Flat washer, seat belt bracket, a peice of heater hose to support the seat belt bracket while still allowing it to move, a free running nut, bottomed out on the bolt threads towards the shank. then install the bolt onto the original seat belt boss in the truick floor. This not only helped the kids get in easier with the handle, but raised their view, and allowed the seatshoulder belt to sit a little lower on their shoulders.
I have a Kicker 10" single that contacted the seat back before, and it has enought clearance now to fit just fine. I can send some pics if you would like.
What I did was unbolt the brackets from the seat. Drilled new holes in the bracket and moved the seat forward about 1.5".
I have 2) Rockford Fosgate 10" on the outsides and 1) RF 12" in the center w/ dividers in between (sealed box). I custom built my own box to get the correct volumes. I mounted the amps under the seat.
I had Pioneer 6x9"s for mid to highs in my last truck, but didn't think this truck needed them...
