Steering stablizer question

I'm running 35s with wheel spacers on my front end. I'm replacing the old ball joints this weekend, tierods getting replaced, alignment after. I want to get an inline dual steering stablizer a procomp series item. The problem is its only sold for the super duty years 99+summit racing.com it looks very straight forward two ubolts attach in the middle of the axle and the shock ends ubolt attach to the tierod ends. Can I use this part? I can't seem to find an inline for a 1991 f350 4wd.
