Since it is apart of the door panel itself I'm not sure if you can get just the trim piece alone...? Have you tried your Ford dealership? They might be able to get it for you if it is sold separately. You also might PM the member "numberdummy" and he might be able to see if there is a part number associated with it, if so you he can find you one. Good luck!!
Try the forum sponsor, National Parts Depot, or LMC Truck. The last generation interior door panels are not available after-market but the trim pieces are as I recall. Interestingly enough, the matching trim pieces that run across the dashboard are plastic, while the trim pieces shown here in the door panels are metal. Yet all of the trim at this level in the interior shares the same finish.
If it is any help, ALL F-series from 1992-1996 have the same inner door panels. So when you go searching you don't have to find a Bronco from which to pull this trim. Any F-series will work.
Does anyone know where I can find that silver plastic cover for the door panel. I tried the junkyard but I had no luck.
This moulding is not available by itself, was only furnished with door trim panel.
F4TZ-1523943-BAY .. Left Door Trim Panel w/Power Windows-Opal Gray / Obsolete ~ No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
Applications: 1994/95 F150/350 & Bronco ~ Any of these vehicles will have this trim piece, regardless of what color the door trim panel is.
Where are you located in CA? There's a long time (since 1929) truck dismantlers yard here in LA LA Land, has 100's of door trim panels. They've been removed, are on shelves.

For the most part yes, but some Eddie Bauers came with fake wood trim and 96's had black plastic trim on the door. I believe all years XL and CUSTOM models also had black trim.
You can make anything match. And that piece of door trim is stamped metal with tabs that protrude through the plastic door panel and fold over to secure it. Paint them and the matching plastic trim across the dashboard to match and you get endless options for adding alternate color to the interior. This trim in my Bronco is all painted Ford Corporate Blue which really breaks up the endless grey from floor to ceiling.

You can make most things match, but the factory black trim is plastic and mounted like so
