Power steering Problem
I just registered here and didn't think to search for this topic, but if there is someone please let me know. My '86 f150 straight line 6 has blew the high pressure hose off of pump and was just curious if you could fix this by slipping on a rubber o-ring. I more than likely will buy another hose any way. I looked at the end and o-ring closer to the end looks good, but the other one beside it was missing. There was a metal ring that fell out after cleaning the nut that end goes into. Would a rubber o-ring hold it on long enough until I can get a new hose?
