Now that I have larger injectors I want to upgrade to a full regulated return. I have a Riffraff FRx that I will try to sell to help with the cost of a new setup. I am looking for some recommendations for a regulated return system. Are any kits better quality than others? I am looking to keep the price as low as possible. Thanks for any input.
Strictly diesel has a pretty nice kit they sell. It's like 629 but apparently comes with everything you would need to delete the bowl and do the full system.
I am curious though, are you dropping pressure due to low fuel volume at WOT?
X2 on the Driven diesel kit...Strictly diesel and DP tuner carry them. Irate has a decent looking hardline setup for under $500 as well. I think if you wanted to do the legwork and put in some wrench time you can DIY one for around $400.
I did the same thing, sold the FRX on the classifieds here and went with the Strictly Diesel setup. The quality and relative ease of installation is excellent. You could probably also sell your passenger side fuel line if it's still good and maybe fuel bowl to recoup addtional $$. Also have read good feedback on the Irate kit. They have some differences like hard vs. flexible lines so consider that.

X2 on this. My sticks suck the fuel pretty good, but everything is staying in the green. If you're losing pressure, the OEM pump can't go past 160 cc (I did the math).

Thanks for the input. So far I have not been able to do any wot runs yet because of our weather here. Under heavy acceleration my fuel pressure will go down to about 58 lbs from it's 62 at idol. My isspro gage is not digital so my numbers may not be perfect. I have a new Ford passenger side fuel line sitting on the shelf and I'm not sure if I should put it on or sell it and my FRx and go full regulated?

When I asked a similar question here the reply I got which is quoted below was a pretty good answer because it sums up my impressions after installing one other than the sounding like a gasser part...

if u want a good reg return and not break the bank go to the powerstroke army and message a guy with the sn JAP he is from diesel innovations "DI" he will set u up with a great setup including the fuel bowl delete for less than a standard kit anywhere else just for being a member there. good luck
Pardon my ignorance, but is there a reason you can't run a RR system and a FRx? Im making a DIY RR system as well as a HPOx line and was thinking of doing a FRx as well. Thanks for any input.

A RR system includes everything that the FRx does. The FRx opens up the opposite end of the fuel rail to allow air filled fuel to return to the tank.
In addition, the RR removes the fuel bows and makes regulating the fuel pressure a little easier, and provides a place to mount a fuel pressure gauge connection.
One makes the other obsolete. It just depends what functionality you need, and what you want under the hood.
I personally will eliminate the fuel bowl when I get the chance (and money).
