all warning lights function,a line of dashes in odometer screen.all fuses good but have a no start condition.any clues ?

 

Try a PCM power relay.

 

My '01 SCrew would have the dashes, crank good and not start, yours?

What I would do is cycle the key from On to Off three or four times quickly and eventually the Odometer would display the numbers and start. After about a month of irregular starting, it "cured" itself.
I thought it had something to do with the PATS key not being recognized. It's been over a year and hasn't returned.

Others here may lead you to the actual problem.

 

It's not a PATS issue, it's usually an intermittent relay as I already pointed out.
