03 6.0 So many issues help please
now this is what is going on
i have oil in my inner cooler tube and air side of the turbo ... what could cause this?
also i have a serious misfire when it is cold or if i park it for like thirty mins then drive it then it will still have a misfire. but as i drive it the misfire will go away.
HORRIBLE fuel mileage i drive to work 60 miles one way so 120 miles a day i have to fill up every three days... just no good
No POWER at all so gutless i do not know what is going on there either...
i installed a glow-shift fuel pressure gauge and just two days ago it started going crazy. my fuel pressure fluctuates constantly between 60 and 100 and probably more because it pegs at 100
now what has been done to truck
Blue spring upgrade
and upgraded EGR hose. that is all i have done to it because well i am a broke mother lol
so if someone has any insight that would be great thank you very much for looking and everything. Good day
The fluctuating fuel pressure is most likely a pump (HFCM) issue or the blue regfulatoir spring was not installed correctly or the plunger is worn and binding, etc.
Have you checked the FICM voltage?
key on/engine off, key on/engine cranking and key on/engine running? No lower than 47 volts under all three scenarios. That's with a cold and/or warm engine.
