Oil Change Required

OK,
this is fun...
out rv'ing and away from home,
got the oil change soon and now the oil change required...

Does that mean it will stop talking to me

or that it 'guesses' it's time ?

How many miles 'could' I tow ? should I break up my vacation or can I wait until I get home on Monday ?

I say change it. I don't trust the oil life monitor.

I'd say change it as well. I got the same messages on a long trip last summer.

I found a dealer that was still open and had it changed really quick. I wasn't going to trust it for the rest of the long trip.

called my local dealer and they said it can wait until Monday since I'm now only 200 miles away....

I'd reset the oil life monitor, continue to enjoy my vacation and service when at home.

If you're 200 miles from home, keep driving.
Ford says to complete the oil change after the required message within 500 miles.
