Finished three more projects, Fatman 2" drop spindles installed, Billet Specialties serpentine system, and Craftec bed cover. Still can't solve the oil leak from the timing chain cover and from the pcv filter on the valve cover. Enjoy, feedbac is welcomed, good or bad. Thanks, L8R ZFLASH
It really looks good! That motor looks just like mine - the distributor in the back. I used felpro gaskets and no leaks. My rear end leaks at the front seal and I haven't fixed it yet. A junkyard Explorer 8.8. So far the only one.
I am sure you have been asked... Did you make that bed cover or do you have any info on where I could get one? If ya made it, can you post some more pics or im me or something?

Thanks,it's a new 383 chevy. The timing chain cover bolts have been changed twice, the builder thought he put the wrong ones in,and it still leaks. The pcv leaks because of too much pressure,I've had 2 people tell me with the chrome molly rings it takes up to 5000 miles to sit. Some one else said that's not true, I don't know which to believe. Thanks all, L8R ZFLASH
