Rubber flex line fitting sizes

Anyone know the fitting sizes and line lengths for a 99 F-150 4.6L 4X4 with rear drums for all the flex lines? I assume 97-99 is the same. I want to get stainless lines for my 99 with rear drums and of course no one makes them for the 4X4. So I figured I can figure out the line fitting sizes and lengths and then just order some Russel universal lines like I've done in the past.

TIA

Bump. Anyone know where I may be able to find them? I'm not lazy, I looked but can't find this info anywhere. I know I'm not the only one with a drum brake 4x4 who wants stainless lines.

I'd go to NAPA, etc. and buy the regular ones, keep my receipt, take them home and carefully measure them, then take them back unharmed for a refund, and you're good to go.
OR you could make the parts house guys look at you funny and just measure them on the counter. Lol. But I'm sure somebody here knows the dimensions.
