Just went for another drive at higher speeds and engineering and GPS speedometers, the GPS showed my truck going 3mph faster than The speedometer but the engineering mode showed my truck going 2 mph slower than my speedometer so idk which one to believe lol I'm just goin to drive it til the gas tank is empty

Sounds like you're being facetious, but just in case you aren't I'd like to remind you of the dangers of running out of fuel. You don't want to run that expen$ive HPFP dry!
With my OEM tires, my GPS was spot on with engineering mode and the speedometer was 2 MPH fast.
Now my speedometer is 3 MPH slower at highway speeds than the GPS so I too use my GPS for speed especially on the interstate.
In fact, 75 is 79 on the GPS.
The GPS is spot on with a 2012 Explorer and '08 Honda Pilot speedometers.
I never remember to check engineering mode prior to starting now that I've had these Nitto's...for a year.
Just to give a little update, my corrected mileage from what little driving I do was 13.57. My speedo reads off by 12%. That was mostly city driving so I'm expecting 15-16 empty on the highway. Doesn't bother me, still great mileage considering how heavy the truck is.
