ok so i have just a general question might be stupid but idk???
i have a couple buddys who keep bragging about how much boost they are pulling. so my question is is ore boost better?
You already have some sound advice so far, from what I've read up to this point. As far as your question regarding the EGR delete is concerned, the 2003 model year is the only year that used the 'good' EGR cooler that almost never fails. The main purpose for guys installing them was to elimate the possibility of ever crossing the EGR cooler failure bridge, that would result in coolant being ingested into the intake and burned out the tailpipe.
As far as boost goes, I'll put it to you this way. Those buddies of yours bragging about how much boost they're pulling, how would fast would their tune change, when one of them windows the engine block with a rod, from exceeding manufacturer specs by doing so? More importantly, how happy would you be, if this were to happen to you?
hey guys just a quick question. I was driving down the hwy yesterday and the truck kinda missed or studdered? i was at about 60 mph and the truck was warm i just changed my oil 500 miles ago. if i stepped on it the studder goes away and if i let off it goes away? any ideas?
