Looking to put new mirrors on my truck but need feedback if this is possible and what years fit my year?? Installation of wiring also easy or difficult ?

Any of the mirrors will bolt onto your door.

Wiring on the '08+ would be a little different, but can be accomplished.

Wiring on the mirrors isn't difficult at all in my opinion, here's a good write-up on the subject.

No problem, used a very similar method to install the lighted mirrors on my 2000.
