Ecoboost Tuner Mounting ?

Ecoboost Tuner Mounting ?
Those of you that have a tuner on your Ecoboost. where is the best place to mount them? Or do you just plug it in, then program, then remove?
I don't have a tuner, but when the warranty is gone I most likely will. I am not a fan of anything that sticks in the windows or has cords flopping all over the place. I would like to be able to neatly attach it to the dash somehow.
By the way I have the navigation system in the console and have bucket seats.
