My '13 Max Tow Lariat on order is rated to tow 11,100# with the 157" WB S Crew. I chose the EcoBoost because of the torque, and also the 5.0 is not rated to tow as much as my present truck. If I didn't tow, I would have considered the 5.0. Glad to hear the Eco is a good choice among those that tow.

I absolutely love my truck! I tow a 7500lb travel trailer and actually look forward to climbing hills just to watch the rpm's stay between 1700-2500 while maintaining the speed limit. Ford has hit a home run with this setup and there is no denying it! It even out preforms the MONSTER 6.2L until you get into the higher rpm's! What more can you possibly ask for!
