Angry TPS screws

Anyone happen to know the size and thread pitch of the screws used to hold the TPS on? After 15 years mine were stuck in and snapped, one came out with a vice-grips, the other will need to be drilled and extracted. Also, has anyone replaced them with allen-head screws or anything more robust? Anti-seize will be used when it goes back together.

If you have to drill one out, might as well drill them both out and tap them to whatever thread you need.

Got the screw out, my cousin TIG welded a nut to what was left of it. For those wondering, the thread size is M4x0.7. Also a bit of knowledge I picked up, the bolts holding the TB to the intake are standard (3/8" IIRC), NOT metric.
